Magnetized water, also known as structured water, is water that has been treated with some form of magnetism. It is an incredible and affordable way to give your body a health boost! This highly unknown method of charging water for health benefits is no secret to the animal husbandry industry. Magnetized water has produced the following benefits in farm animals and humans under scientific studies:

What happens when putting magnetized energy around water?
The structure of the water molecules form into a hexagonal pattern after interacting with magnetic energy that influence the hydrogen bonds. This creates a much more pleasant drinking experience as the water has a “smoother” taste. Another positive effect is that one feels more hydrated after drinking charged water.
How long does magnetized water stay charged?
Depending on the specific properties of the water and power of magnetism, quantities can stay charged anywhere from 24-72 hours after the magnetic force has been removed. It is also recommended to keep charged water in a dimly lit, cool place to maintain the longest possible charge. (This provision isn’t needed if the water is going to be consumed after a short period.)
What kind of magnets can be used to treat water?
I typically like to charge a tumblers-size worth of water, or to magnetize the bottom part of my 2+ gallon AlexaPure gravity water filtration system. The AlexaPure (website) also filters out fluoride, which in untreated water, accumulates in the pineal gland. This is a small endocrine gland in the brain responsible for melatonin production and regulates sleep patterns. Thus, fluoride is bad for brain and sleep health, as well as reportedly inhibiting the natural evolution process of the brain.
The easiest magnets I have found for these quantities is the BioMagScience water jar energizers (website). I strap these to the bottom of the AlexaPure at opposite sides of the base, or they easily stand vertically along the bottom of my stainless steel Yeti/Stanley-sized tumbler. Five to fifteen (5-15) minutes is all that is needed to magnetize the tumbler or AlexaPure reservoir, respectively.
